How do you take payments?

Payments are primarily made online.

  1. We email you the invoice via PayPal.
  2. You complete the payment.

For cash payments, please contact us for more information.

Are there minimum requirements?

We do not require minimums.

However, we do have suggested quantities to help you make a cost effective decision. 

  • Screen Printing: 10 or more 
  • Digital Transfers - 10 or more

Embroidery & HTV: No minimums

How long is processing and delivery?

Delivery is estimated to be 10-14 days once we receive all proper artwork, sizes, colors and quantities have been finalized and ordered. If there is any delay in any materials you will be notified directly.

I don't see what I want... Will you work with me?

Personalizations: If you do not see a personalized option please contact us directly and we will let you know if we can personalize the apparel for you. 

Apparel Items: If there is an item that you’re looking for and you don’t see it on your store please reach out to us and we will see what we can do about adding it to the store.

What are the aftercare instructions?

Garments should be turned inside out and washed in cold water using mild detergent. We do not suggest using the following: pods, pods with fabric softener, and fabric softener. These will affect the prints. 

We are not responsible for damage to any garments if the care instructions are not followed. 

What are the sizes? Are they the same for all products?

Sizing may vary. All apparel includes a sizing chart in the extra images. Please check the chart for your size and read the description to see if there are any special instructions for that particular garment.

What is your policy for Returns, Defects, and other issues?

For all concerns, please be advised they need to be addressed within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
