REFUND AND REPLACEMENT POLICIES: 

Remote Event Orders
RoyalTee will not be on-site for this event. All orders will be delivered to the event organizer, Stephanie Crawford (Stephanie.Crawford@dodea.edu), for distribution.

Reporting Issues
Please check your order when you pick it up. Any problem with your order (wrong item, wrong size from what was ordered, missing item, misprint, or manufacturing defect) must be reported to RoyalTee before the tournament ends. Email royaltee24.store@gmail.com with your name, order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and print.

Resolution
Once the issue is confirmed, RoyalTee will either ship a replacement at no cost or issue a refund to the original payment method if a replacement isn’t available. We may ask you to return the original item first.

Not Covered

  • Size exchanges when the size received matches the size ordered
  • Items that have been washed, worn, or altered
  • Damage from improper care or normal wear
  • Issues reported after the tournament ends

Final Sale
Once the tournament ends, all event orders are final sale.
